Refund Process

Returning items: Ship the item back to the return address provided by customer service. Please use a reliable shipping method and keep the tracking information to ensure the safe return of the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product. Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection and confirm that the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund method
The refund will be refunded to the original payment method used when you placed the order. Please note that bank processing time may affect the time it takes for the refund to arrive in your account, which is usually within 3-5 business days after the refund is processed. For orders paid with gift cards or vouchers, the refund will be returned to the corresponding account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
